We are a small family farm located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, in an area known as Pungo. We were founded in 2022 with the mission to serve our neighbors the freshest vegetables and products without all the harmful junk.

Microgreens are the beginning of our journey to grow a large selection of products on a year-round basis.

I’m Russ Baker, otherwise known by granddaughters as Baba. I’m a retired Navy SEAL who wants to supply his neighbors with fresh clean vegetables and good conversation.

Although we are small now, we here at Sovereign Frog have big plans for a positive future. Thanks for supporting me and my family, I hope to see you soon!
