Kohlrabi Microgreens

Flavor: A strong broccoli and cabbage taste.

Great for use on salads and sandwiches because of the finer stems and tops. Would also be great on a taco or six. Try it on some steak or fish as well. A salad mix with broccoli, kohlrabi, and purple radish is also lovely.

Kohlrabi looks nearly identical to broccoli microgreens in all aspects. It only stands out to us visually because of it's purple stems. The tastes are very close as well.
