Pea Microgreens
Pea Microgreens
Flavor: Super-crunchy, sweet, and fresh. Tastes like round peas but somehow better.
Great for salads! A lot of flexibility with peas: sandwiches, soups, tacos, and more. Very visually appealing with those wispy tendrils. We like to chop them up and throw them on everything: particularly a breakfast scramble of eggs, potatoes, onions, sausage, and serrano peppers. I, (Jacob), will chop them up in a bowl and literally just add melted butter, salt, and pepper (it's not creative, but you know... butter).
Pretty high in nutrition too, check the facts below.
